When running user provisioning wizard using templates, MNE do not honor configuration setting in templates.

When running a saved User Provisioning template, the "create new objects for users that do not already exist in Active Directory" setting saved in the template is not honored. Instead, the configuration setting from the last provisioning run is used.
原因
This is product defect. Defect ID TF00653563 had been logged.
解决办法
WORKAROUND:
Do not use template when running User Provision wizard.
STATUS:
Waiting to fix in the future release of Migrator for Notes to Exchange.
