Unable to Browse *.NSF files in the End User-Driven Migration utility when migrating Archives/Mai (4233083)

When attempting to use the End User-Driven Migration to migrate Archives/MailFiles, selecting the "Browse..." button does not find the desired NSF files. There is no way to select the desired NSF files through the End User-Driven Migration tool.

If this scenario was run through the Administrator Driven Batch Migration, the following error would be received:

12:00:00 WARNING: [1400-31-108-00000000] Unable to determine type and owner of 'C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Notes Migrator for Exchange\Shared\NSFs\FileName.nsf'
12:00:00 bad design class, 'DbTemplName'.

This is due to the NSF file having an unknown Design Template.
