Error refreshing Exchange server in QMM project manager. (4299427)

When right clicking on the Exchange server in QMM project manager and selecting "Refresh" the following on screen error is displayed:

 Cannot refresh the directory information for "SERVERNAME" See the log file for details.

After examining the EMWMigration.log file, the following entries are  listed:

This is usually caused by  a lack of permissions in the Exchange organization which translates to the  inability  to read the  context under   CN=ExchangeORGName, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC=NAME1, DC=NAME2.

The currently logged in account should have at least Exchange View only rights in order to read the   CN=ExchangeORGName, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC=NAME1, DC=NAME2 on the domain controller (GC) specified in the Exchange server properties under Associated Domain Controller TAB. This can be easily verified with the help of LDP.EXE utility (part of 2000/2003 Server Support Tools.)
