Error refreshing Exchange server in QMM project manager. (4299427)

When right clicking on the Exchange server in QMM project manager and selecting "Refresh" the following on screen error is displayed:

 Cannot refresh the directory information for "SERVERNAME" See the log file for details.

After examining the EMWMigration.log file, the following entries are  listed:
