Not able to Create a new Region in the regions section -

When attempting to create a new region within the MessageStats console | Region | New Region, no region is created after entering the name for the region.

原因
This is caused when the executable has become corrupted. -
解决办法
Reinstall MessageStats to resolve this issue. After the program has been reinstalled, you can add new regions.
