Encountered an error "SLS_LogShipping_Restore_Secondary failed to restore! [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 50000). The step failed." when running a newly created logshipping plan.
原因
Possible cause: Litespeed Logshipping permission is not met.
解决办法
Permissions:
1. All instances of SQL Server running log shipping must have System Administrator permissions.
2. When using a UNC path, ensure that the directory (and sub directory) is shared with read/write permissions. If a local folder for the publisher is not specified, only write permission is required.
3. When no local backup directory is specified, then the publisher SQL Server service account must have access and read/write permissions to the share directory in order to back up.
