Error when setting up log shipping:
"Unable to successfully execute SLS_LogShipping_AddPlan for Publisher! Error: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.SLS_LogShipping_AddPlan'. Unable to successfully add subscriber for "InstanceName"and "Instance Name" due to Error executing SLS_LogShipping_AddPlan for subscriber! Error: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.SLS_LogShipping_AddPlan'. Plan failed to install. Removing plan. Unable to successfully execute SLS_Remove_Plan. Error: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.SLS_Remove_Plan'."
原因
Log Shipping wizard requires Local repositories configuration.
解决办法
Log Shipping Wizard requires LiteSpeed Local repositories and it also requires that all local repositories databases have the same database name.
For example, when implementing Log Shipping from a Publisher and two Subscribers, all of these three servers will need to have a Local Repository installed and all of these three repositories database must have the same name; for instance, the default name: LiteSpeed Local, regardless where the central repository is configured.
