Device Issues after agent certificate change -

Due to an unplanned certificate change on 11-DEC-2023, the KACE team has identified an issue related to the KACE agent [K1A-4057]:
Description: Devices suddenly appear under Device issues with error:Agent Client Identifier module not detected. See Troubleshooting Software Library Failures. The agent returned status code: 500
This issue impacts the Konea portion of the agent communications in KACE Agent v13.0 and 13.1; KACE Agent 13.2 is not affected.
Konea is not used in all aspects of agent communication, however affected components do include:- Endpoint Patching execution
- Managed Installations
- User Portal Installations

解决办法
The KACE development team republished the historical versions which are presently under support.
Options:- It is the recommendation of the KACE team to upgrade all servers and agents to v13.2 for fastest resolution.
- On 13.1, apply the agent bundle for 13.1.23, and upgrade the Windows agents.
- On 13.0, apply the agent bundle for 13.0.51, and upgrade the Windows agents.
