Foglight generate multiple Fatal Alarm on monitoring agent hosts stated it cannot establish connection intermittently for few hours. Severity: Fatal Message: >> Failure: Cannot establish connection to xxxxx: The remote machine is visible but has refused the connection [Caused by: ConnectException <Connection timed out: connect>]
原因
The error ‘connection refused error’ occurs when Foglight FglAM network connections to the monitored hosts/instances are broken.
解决办法
Diagnose connectivity issues.
Perform continuous PING testing from Fglam server to the target server (vice versa).
Ensure there is no ‘request time out’ occur during the testing.
Check with internal network team to perform network health.
