  ODMAD - Error: "Device Agent Error after installation: "Execute Job Failed, retrying...An error occurred while sending the request"

• 说明

  Get the below error after installing the device agent:
  
  "Execute Job Failed, retrying...An error occurred while sending the request. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream"

• 原因

  A firewall, VPN, or some other network appliance.

• 解决办法

  Please work with network administrators to find what is blocking the agent from communicating, and either disable or add an exclusion to allow the agent to communicate back to our product.
