Connection, Loses session and TDP tries and reconnect without password causes login lockout

Is there a method not to have the application try and reconnect after disconnection?
原因
In an environment, where the users are suspended after a finite number of attempts, it would be advantageous to keep Toad Data Point from reconnecting without full credentials. This action causes the user to be locked out of the system.

Drill to:
Options | Database | General > Uncheck the option: 'Try opening lost connections’.
