Changes in Exchange configuration (for example, mail sync collection points to a mailbox database that has been deleted)
RESOLUTION 1
Check all mail sync collections (including 'All Mailboxes') and ensure they are pointing to an existing target mailbox database.
RESOLUTION 2
Use only if RESOLUTION 1 fails.
1. Re-enumerate (re-add without deleting) the corresponding target organization.
2. Delete all collections for the problematic sync job.
3. Delete the problematic sync job.
4. Re-create the deleted sync job.
5. Re-create deleted collections.
