SSOWatch is not detecting applications after upgrading to Office 2013

After upgrading a batch of users from Office 2007 to Office 2013 web applications configured for Single Sign-On (SSO) are no longer working. It appears to not be detecting the parameters for login.
原因
UAC (User Account Control) is enabled.
解决办法
Disable UAC on these systems to confirm if that resolves the issue.
