Please, ensure there is OS-connection linked to your SoSSE-connection.
You should right click on the Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise-connection, open properties | Details tab, then in the Linked OS Connection section select existing SoWE-connection or create new one (in case it doen't exist yet) by clicking on the Create New... button.

Try to connect to your Spotlight on Windows connection, and let it run for 5 minutes and see if this changes anything.
