I'm trying to setup a sync from an Azure tenant -> AD on-prem, but noticed the options for password sync aren't available in the Environment settings. Is syncing passwords from Azure -> Local AD supported?

Password synchronization is only supported for Local to Local AD environments. Password Synchronization does not support cloud environments.
