What is the logic of how the "DB2 - Database Connection Time" works?

The Agent Manager makes a connection to the monitored host based on the usability collection (every 300 or 60 seconds, depending on the frequency)
The query is run again for all of the hosts and partitions the database is on, then averaged. Average is based on connection times to reach the database across hosts and partitions (if applicable)
