When monitoring DB2 versions 9.7.0.1 and above, no data is retrieved for the home pages and the TOP SQLs panel.
原因

Data can now be retrieved for the home pages and the TOP SQLs panel, when monitoring DB2 versions 9.7.0.1 and above. Data retrieval is made by either extending or setting to base the following database parameters: MON_REQ_METRICS and MON_ACT_METRICS
解决办法

To check their values issue:
db2 get db cfg for <dbname> | grep -i mon
To update their values issue:
db2 update db cfg using MON_REQ_METRICS BASE
db2 update db cfg using MON_ACT_METRICS BASE
