When clicking on "SQL Activity" while your monitored SQL Server is highlighted in Spoltight and then you click on "Top SQL Statements". You then click on "Top SQL Configure" on the top right hand corner and click the drop down arrow to choose "Show SQL statements using parallelism", you receive, "An error occurred while collecting data for this component". Then click "Home" and then "Status", you will see an "Information" Alarm titled, "Monitored Server - SQL Server Collection Execution Failure with a message, "Collection 'Top SQL Statements' failed: Cannot find either column 'query_plan" or the user-defined function or aggregate "query_plan.value", or the name is ambiguous. [4121]"
