Is there a way to set application access privileges in Cloud Access Manager (CAM) by OU placement, as opposed, or in addition to, Roles?

Not currently supported.

Currently CAM does not allow the definition of Roles via OUs.
Usually CAM deployments have some provisioning support that takes care of the appropriate group management, however we have noted this requirement under ER 710250.
