How to change default configuration passwords -
说明
A new feature in the KACE System Management Appliance 12.0 is to change the default configuration passwords and the well known “service” accounts such as konfig and netdiag. -
解决办法
In the new SMA 12.0 and later, to change the default "service accounts" password go to the console and log in as netdiag. Observe 4 new commands added in the right column.
- reset_konfig_passwd
- Reset_netdiag_passwd
- Set_konfig_passwd
- Set_netdiag_passwd
To change the password run the “set_netdiag_passwd” command and use any desired character combination as the new password. ie. "abcABC123!@#$%" (without quote marks)
Note: A valid password should be a mix of upper and lower case letters, digits and other characters and will undergo a security strength check.
To reset the netdiag or konfig new password, proceed to run the "reset_konfig_passwd" command. Log out and try logging in as netdiag with the default password.
