The following WMI failures occur:
Procedure 'Server Work Queues' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfNet_ServerWorkQueues' failed : Invalid class. [0x80041010]
Procedure 'File Cache' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Cache' failed : Invalid class. [0x80041010]
Procedure 'Logical Disks' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfDisk_LogicalDisk' failed : Invalid class. [0x80041010]
Procedure 'Network' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_Tcpip_NetworkInterface' failed : Invalid class. [0x80041010]
Proceure 'Processors' failed : WMI query 'Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Processor' failed : Invalid class. [0x80041010]
The Window 2003 Server has no Service Packs at all.
Login to the monitored server and open a command prompt. Run the following:
wmic /node: <hostname> path Win32_PerfRawData_PerfDisk_LogicalDisk
If the same error occurs then there are issues with the WMI components and this needs to be fixed. Please consult the system administrator or Microsoft on how to resolve the problem.
