Connections from TOAD are not sent to SQL Optimizer

Connections from TOAD are not sent to SQL Optimizer. Both are newly installed. When Optimizer is launched from TOAD 13.1.1, it asks for a password because it have not connections imported or synced.
解决办法
Toad and SQL Optimizer for Oracle enhance password encryption. You need to install Toad 13.2 and then you can send passwords to SQL Optimizer 9.3.2
