ToadDataPoint_pro_3.x.exe installer hangs and does not complete. The installer needs to be killed. Afterwards, Toad Data Point will not re-install. Trying to install again generates the Windows Message:

WORKAROUND:
1. Download and install the ToadDataPoint_pro_3.x.msi file from the Support Portal web site.
2. Right-click on the "Command Prompt" icon and select "Run as administrator".
In the command prompt window, type: msiexec /i <path\installer.msi>
