The Service Operations Console report requires that values for the following two parameters be set:
validSelectedServices selectedTiers
The validSelectedServices (FSMCategory/FSMService objects) can be found under the following location:
Services | All Services
The selectedTiers (FSMPerspective objects) can be found under the following location:
Management Server | All Data | FSMServiceRoot | Perspectives

When setting the validSelectedServices or selectedTiers parameters one option is to select "List", add a parameter, select "Data", and then select the parameter values.
