Not able to use Expert Assist to log on to the workstation (Cannot upgrade Version) (4259359)

Delete all the files that you can in:

%Program Files%\DesktopAuthority

Delete registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DESKTOPAUTHORITY

For versions 9.2 and later, delete registry key:

For 32 bit Machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Scriptlogic\RMInstallsAttempted

64 bit Machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Scriptlogic\RMInstallsAttempted

For versions 9.0 and earlier, delete registry key:

For 32 bit Machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Scriptlogic\RMUpgradeFailed

64 bit Machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Scriptlogic\RMUpgradeFailed

Logoff and log back on to the workstation.
