When Managing the Application Pools returned an error "You must provide a required property: Parameter name: FederatedUser.SourceAnchor
This is caused by using a Federated account on the Exchange server screen. Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) can not work with a federated account as these accounts require having a local domain account and password created and NME does not have the capability to complete these actions.
Create an account in Office 365 that is not part of a Federated Domain and add this user to the Global Administrators Group and assign application impersonation rights to this account. Then on the Exchane Server screen in NME use these credentials and then proceed to manage the application pools.
