MSIStudio cannot create MSI with uplifted applications

Attempting to use MSIStudio to uplift applications from windows 2003 Server using APP-V. When running the process as per documentation, a registry error appears on the screen. Everntviewer shows error: "Hanging App msistudio.exe 6.3.5807.21084. Hang Module HungApp Ver 0.0.0.0" Log says could not create stream reader. Process finishes creating MSI, but it's only 291k in size.
原因
The uplift feature is not functional currently.
解决办法
Workaround: None There is no workaround for this non-working procedure. Please refrain from using it.
Status: The ChangeBase team is in the process of removing the uplift feature in future versions and from documentation.
