Get "Ora-12170: TNS:Connect timeout" when running DB Health Check
说明
When running the DB Health Check, the following error is returned.
Ora-12170: TNS:Connect timeout
原因
v12.12 is not able to make the connections it needs to for performing the Health Check while using the VIP address, like previous version(s) were able to.
解决办法
In the tnsnames.ora file, change the VIP host address to the standard hostname.
