To resolve the issue, manually create a local group on the Windows 2003 SP1 computer with the same name as referenced in the error message. This group must then be made a member of the "GUESTS" local group.
After the above is complete, attempt another install of Quest Storage Suite. You may receive the following error:
"The Quest Consolidator Setup was interrupted before your new software was fully installed. You may rerun this installation at another time to complete the setup of this software."
