Here is a brief description of the buttons. Please refer to the Help contents of Toad for more details.
Remap Group - Associate a group to a different VCS project
Export to VCS - Export designated objects (specified in group mask) from database to VSS and create a version of object in VSS
Import to database - Update your database objects (specified in group mask) with the VSS version
Map to group - Used to lock an object that is in the mapped schema in CCG group, if in case a developer wants to change the same object but it is in his own schema. Pleas see help documentation for more information on this.
List all mapped users - Used to see which users are mapped to a particular CCG
