Radius Error When Null or Invalid Characters Typed

When a user does not type anything into the OTP, such as just pressing enter or typing a blank space, a Radius error occurs.
原因
Currently invalid or Null characters can cause issues with Radius if not typed correctly.
解决办法
An enhancement request has been raised with the One Identity team to implement a null catch rule where invalid or null characters are disregarded to ensure Radius errors do not occur.
Please review the list of Enhancement Requests published within the product release notes to determine if this specific Change Request is included in an upcoming release.
