Desktop Authority (DA) does not run after an upgrade to version 10 while connecting through a VPN.
In the SLTrace file it will show a version mismatch between “LoginVersion” and “My Version” and “Upgrade detected”. But DA never actually runs any elements.

Upgrade detected. All Refresh and Logoff actions on this machine will be disabled until the next Logon event occurs.
