From the properties of the Quest Diagnostic Server, use an admin account under the ‘Log on as’ and restart the service.
From the Users and Groups on O/S level, make sure the same user is in the Quest Diagnostic Admistrators, Quest Diagnostic Users, and Quest Diagnostic Read-Only User Group groups.
