Typically for any replication, the accounts must be the same on the primary and the secondary. In many designs, the account permissions are transferred from the primary to the secondary.
The agent should automatically make a list of replicate databases that the replication server is aware of and the primary databases associated with them. Each of those databases are checked for latency unless they are on the latency exclude list. When there is more than one replicate DB for a primary DB, the latency checks between each replicate DB and the primary are treated separately.
