Change Auditor for Netapp does not audit folder or file permission change events even though other event types are being recorded as expected. Warnings similar to the following are recorded in the Change Auditor agent log for the agent that receives the NetApp events:
2016-06-15 09:37:43.925 [8924][WARN][NetAppAnalyzer::MapEventClassesToFPolicyOps(362)] This NetApp event class is disabled so no auditing will be performed for these file operations: 39cec875-de97-44b9-a8bd-b0800bb10459

原因

Netapp folder and file permission change events are disabled by default.
解决办法
Perform the following to enable the events:
1. In the Change Auditor Client, go to the Administration task tab | Auditing | Audit Events
2. Locate the and enable the following events:
  - NetApp Folder access rights changed (no from-value)
  - NetApp File access rights changed (no from-value)
  - NetApp File Access Rights Changed
  - NetApp Folder access rights changed
