Why does some Change Auditor events in the Audit Events list show "Any License" for License Type?

Why some Events Classes has "Any License" for License Type.
解决办法
The Events designated as “Any Type” for License type in the “Auditing” | “Audit Events” in the Administration Task tab, may be recorded (captured) by an agent with any license type (e.g AD, FileSystem or Exchange license)
