Deleted meetings still alert reminder in Outlook after migration

A recurring meeting has been created in Notes and migrated to Exchange. Post Migration the user deletes the recurring meeting, yet still receives reminders. Is this an Outlook or NME issue?

This is an Outlook issue. Customers should contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
