Support wild SSL in ActiveSync connectivity test of Exchange Agent

Currently Exchange Agent has below hard-coded command to test ActiveSync connectivity:
Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity -ClientAccessServer [client access server name] | fl result,error
However in situations where ActiveSync is configured to use only SSL connection, the above command will not work resulting in connectivity test failure.
