CPU utilization is not displayed IC agent (4214585)

After upgrading the CPU usage for each core is not being displayed as expected in "Each CPU Utilization on <hostname>" chart.

Possible causes:

1. Unable to connect to the server using SSH connection
2. The native collector is turned on for the IC agent.

1. Please ensure SSH connection to the server works fine.
2. Navigate to IC agent status properties, click on "Modify the private properties for this agent" and make sure "Use native collector (if available)" option is turned off to false.
