Message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message: Unable to create virtual machine. Reason: Virtual machine created but could not determine target moRefId.
Permissions in target virtual center are not sufficient.
Permissions need to be such that the replication job (vRanger) can create a VM in the root folder. Don't try to limit permissions to a sub folder. vRanger places servers at the root container.
Permissions need to be at least as stated on page 18 of the vRanger Installation guide, Under the heading vCenter Permissions.
