Unable to View Files or Folders in a Mounted Recovery Point -
说明
You mount a recovery point from any protected machine, but you're unable to view some or any files and/or folders from its content. Verifying the volume contents in the protected machine shows that there are files and folders inside. -
原因
This is very likely caused because the files and/or folders not viewable have the hidden property enabled, hence when you try to view the files and/or folders in the mounted recovery point they are not visible. -
解决办法
Open the Folder Options menu from Windows explorer and enable the view of hidden files and folders and also system files (if the files and/or folders are hidden as system files you will need to enable that view also).
