Restoring Server-Side Outlook rules is not part of the basic Mail Restore functionality. Client-Side Outlook rules are not restorable as the rule is not stored on the Exchange Server and present for restore.

Please contact Support to receive build specific patches to restore Server-Side Outlook Rules. Please note, these patches do not work with Update (cumulative) patches.
