The following error may appear during a default installation/setup of Hyper-V export and/or virtual standby.
“Service failed to initialize VM agent.”
解决办法
To resolve this issue, navigate to Settings on the machine you are going to perform Export to, and increase the min/max RAM setting. Reboot the machine.
