Failed to validate vRangerVA as a valid virtual appliance error during a backup job. User can ping the hosts and VC from the virtual appliance but could not telnet in. Received an error on telnet of lookup failure:name or service not known.
原因
The cause of this was an identical ip address on the network (IP address conflict).
解决办法
Either reassign or remove the duplicate ip and rerun the job setup and job, it should then succeed.
