GPO Admin Console is crashing while using merge function -

GPO Admin Console is crashing while using merge function with two big security baseline GPOs merging to a new GPO object. It's working with smaller objects but with two bigger ones the console is crashing. Also in the GPOA Log there is no info besides that it crashed depending on an exception. It also crashes if you are logged with service account on the server.
