The scope of the search is most likely set too narrow in Foglight LDAP configuration.
解决办法
To solve the issue, follow the steps below:
Go to: Foglight Administration | Users & Security | Directory Services Settings
set parameter "The LDAP context for user searching" to the domain name itself instead of narrowing the scope to one specific OU. Example: DC=myDomain,DC=com
