Cause was not found. FglAm log was only showing the first VERBOSE line of connection, not the following INFO lines.
WORKAROUND:
1) Save the baseline.jvm.args and fglam.config.xml files from $FGLAM_HOME/state/default/config to another folder outside of $FGLAM_HOME.
2) Delete the FglAm installation.
3) Install the FglAm to same folder.
4) Restore the saved files from Step 1.
5) Start the FglAm
6) Deploy the appropriate packages to FglAm via Agent Managers dashboard. Reference the Agent Status dashboard for the Linux host to determine which packages are required.
7) Activate the agents.
