How to create a support bundle for a Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM)?

Via the User Interface
Navigate to Administration | Support | Support Bundles and click on Create Agent Manager Support Bundle
Using the command line:
Windows: %FGLAM_HOME\bin\support-bundle.bat
UNIX: $FGLAM_HOME/bin/support-bundle.sh
NOTE: A command line generated FglAM support bundle zip file will be located in C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\Temp(if the Foglight Agent Manager version is below 5.8, the bundle will be located in $FGLAM_HOME/state/default/support)
