For OOTB ServiceNow (SNOW) Integration, will the corresponding SNOW incident be closed once the Foglight alarm is cleared (either auto-cleared or manually) or does someone have to go into the SNOW interface to close/cancel the incident?
解决办法

If the alarm is cleared/closed in Foglight, there is no impact in SNOW but if incident is canceled/closed in SNOW then Foglight will auto synchronize with it.

STATUS

Enhancement request FOGGENERAL-I-312 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of Foglight.
