We don't receive an alert from the Host Services rule after the blackout ends if the service is down -
说明
We have a blackout configured to suspend alarms for Host Services. If the blackout is active and the service goes down we do not get alerted which is correct. However if the service is still down and the blackout expires we should receive an alert and we do not.
